A Tradition of Caring
Columbia Veterinary Hospital was founded over 30 years ago by Dr. Larry Goza. Dr. Goza had a simple philosophy–put the well being of pets above the income of the clinic and treat customers like family.
He taught that philosophy to one of his eager young technicians who went on to earn her degrees at Oregon State University and come back to work along side Dr. Goza, caring for Astoria’s beloved animals for several years.
When Dr. Goza decided to retire, he knew that he had found the perfect couple to carry on what he had started–Dr. Kristin Zedwick, DVM and her husband, Matt agreed to purchase the clinic and carry on Dr. Goza’s philosophy. Since then, the Zedwick’s have added new additions to the facility and enhanced diagnostic technologies to make caring for your pets faster, easier and more comfortable.
One of those conveniences is our downloadable Columbia Veterinary Hospital Client Consent Form . You can fill it out online and then email us the saved form in advance or download it, fill it out, then bring it with you to your visit.
You can also pay your bills online, saving time and stamps!
